5. Shipping & Delivery

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the unique nature of original artworks, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Returns or refunds may be considered only in cases where the artwork arrives significantly damaged or materially different from its description. Any claim must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of having received the artwork, accompanied by clear photographic evidence.

8. Damage During Shipping

Artworks are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. In the event of damage during shipping, the buyer must notify MoMi Art Gallery and the shipping carrier immediately and provide documentation as required.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, texts, logos, and artworks, is the intellectual property of MoMi Art Gallery and/or the represented artists. No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

United States: these Terms shall be governed by applicable U.S. federal law and the laws of the state relevant to the transaction, excluding conflict of law rules.
