Ezra Herman
Ezra Herman (b. 1992, Black Forest, Germany) is an Israeli multidisciplinary artist based in Tel Aviv. His practice spans painting, mixed media, installation, sculpture, and digital work, with a strong focus on process, material exploration, and idea-driven creation.
Working through repetition, modular structures, and layered surfaces, Herman explores themes of structure, fragmentation, unity, and uncertainty. He often works on multiple pieces simultaneously, allowing ideas to evolve through parallel processes rather than fixed outcomes.
Alongside his artistic practice, Herman is a co-founder of the creative advertising studio Exit, where he develops experimental visual concepts across digital platforms. This parallel practice allows him to explore ideas freely across artistic and commercial contexts without separating creativity from execution.
He lives and works in Tel Aviv.
